Bo Lings

Bo Lings of Kansas City is a restaurant, a chinese restaurant at that.  So you may ask what bearings does this have on me?  Well quite possibly very little, Bo Lings is sort of a chain of fancy pantsy chinese restaurants originally started in Kansas City.  Started in 1981 Bo Lings History is a little sketchy.  Bo Lings Policy of lies and deception, though the managers like to say more elegant things such as "It's all about looks" we all know what that means.  The constant use of dirty rags at Bo Lings to wipe plates clean from "sloppy entree's" is absolutely revolting.  Sure if they quit using torn, filthy, bleach soaked rags to clean off spills of more juicy entree's they would not be such a prestigeous Chinese Restaraunt but I will take my food clean any day over pretty.  If you look towards the door at the Zona Rosa Bo Lings location you may notice a pitcher of lemons and steamy water.  This is another of the lies and deception tricks adopted by Bo Lings Chinese Restaurant.  The water is used for "cleaning" forks, spoons, and the like that fall on the floor.  Of course it is also used to polish the silverware from water spots the dishwasher leaves, this is understandable.  The history and practices of Bo Lings will be updated at a later date, for now I will move on to the locations of Bo Lings.
